Fashion Industry

Fashion can be described as being the design of certain cuts and designs that are considered either ‘in fashion’ or ‘out of fashion’. That is to say that they are the popular choice of style appropriate for the time or the location. The fashion Industry has evolved over many years. In its beginning it really was only something the very wealthy was able to indulge in, for example in Victorian times anyone less than the very wealthy were more concerned with survival than the latest in fashion.

In fashion today there are certain cities worldwide that are considered the very pinnacle of clothing fashion and are often the location for top designers to exhibit their latest collections in catwalk fashion shows. Cities like Milan, Paris, New York, Madrid and London are all famed for their fashion conscious populous and the stores selling clothing in these locations carry some of the top designer brands and names. Unfortunately for most, these top designers and named brands come with very high price tags that only the very wealthy and extravagant can really comfortably afford.
